PVC

DSD uses 100% recyclable PVC for high frequency welding, in the form of coated, calendered sheets.

The material is used directly on the machine in rolls or in sheets.

DSD uses different suppliers thus offering a wide choice of material which can be selected according to various criteria :

• Colour: plain or printed patterns
• Thickness
• Type: expanded, opaque, crystal
• Aspect: smooth, with a grain, shiny, dull
• Feel
• Wear: pliability, rigidity

By staying within the pliable PVC range, it has become possible to create a pattern, by selecting colours, pattern and size one obtains a wide variety of materials.

POLYPROPYLENE is a very tough and durable material which can be transformed into innovating products.

We produce in house, cutting and printing same as for the PVC (silk screen and offset printing). Transformation by cutting, creasing and folding.
