WELDING : The general manufacturing process.

The process of high frequency welding is used for instant welding of thermoplastics. It consists of an electrostatic field allowing the necessary molecular vibrations in an internal heating and causes the softening of the sides which are to be welded.

The carrousels are used for making more complex products such as card holders, diary covers with rigid parts made from different material.

Production material

All necessary tools for manufacturing each product are made in our workshops and allow us to create a great variety of forms for made to measure manufacturing thus better adapting to each client.
